Will McDowell entered Heaven on September 26, 2021. Because of faith in Jesus, Will had a joy that was contagious and a fierce love for others that continues to inspire people around the world. As we love like Will, generations of children will learn to do the same.

Will's family and Kingsland Baptist Church have partnered to carry Will's legacy of love to the far reaches of the Earth. The Will McDowell School was dedicated in Somaliland, East Africa in 2021. This educational outpost is allowing children to have access to education in a region where such opportunities did not exist. This was the first of several projects in the days ahead.

The Will McDowell Sports Park will serve the city of Gabiley, Somaliland, a town of just over 100,000 people. Through a shared love of sports, we'll be able to share the love of Jesus with thousands of people who have little access to the Good News that Will held so dear.
